The SmallRig Camera Cage for Nikon Z 5 / Z 6 / Z 7 / Z 6II / Z 7II is designed to provide protection and attach accessories. It locks camera via a 1/4”-20 screw on the bottom and a M2.5 screw on the left side, with pads preventing scratches. The cage maintains access to camera buttons, card slots, screen, and battery door and it also comes with multiple accessory mounts. They include: ¼”-20 threaded hole, 3/8”-16 threaded hole, ARRI 3/8”-16 locating holes side and top handle, monitor and battery mounts as well as bottom plates; Several ¼”-20 locating holes on the side that support multiple accessory types. The cold shoe mount is perfect for microphones, LED lights, etc. Strap holes allow strap attachment directly to the cage. An Arca-Swiss-compatible dove-tail base fits Arca-type tripods and various gimbals for quick switch between gimbal, handheld and tripod modes. In addition there is a double-ended wrench for easy disassembly and assembly.
